Membership is open to all local artists over 18 living within a 20 mile radius of Swindon, regardless of style, genre or experience. Work must be painted or drawn, and presented in an acceptable, professional manner. No controversial subjects, and no photography or digital work, sorry.
Our annual membership fee is £10, and the cost of exhibiting at our Gallery when space is available is £25 per month for an alloted space or £12:50 for half a space.
Rental space is approximately 4ft wide, a wall space or a screen section which is equipped with 2/3 hanging wires.
We are eager to encourage members to volunteer to steward at The Gallery, which comes with the benefit of a discount of £2.50 per session (half day) on their monthly space rental.
Regular meetings are held currently at The Steam railway Co Pub, Old Town, Swindon usually on the last Tuesday of the month (except August and December when no meetings are held). Please check with a committee member to confirm date and venue.
